Day 1
Puno - La paz - Uyuni
The Uyuni Salt Flats tour from Puno begins with pickup from your hotel in Puno and transfer to the city's bus terminal.
Travel by tourist bus from Puno to La Paz (arrival at 2:00 p.m.).
Enjoy the afternoon at leisure to explore the city of La Paz and El Alto.
Then, transfer by tourist bus from La Paz to Uyuni.
Day 2
Uyuni - Salar de Uyuni
We will begin by picking you up at the bus terminal in Uyuni.
We will transfer you to our cafeteria so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.
After breakfast, we will begin the tour at 10:30 am.
Our first destination will be the train cemetery.
Then we will go to the community of Colchani, the entrance to the Salar, where we will see rustic artisan workshops and the salt micro-processor.
We will continue our expedition through the majestic Salar de Uyuni, making stops to observe salt extraction, the salt eyes and the historic Playa Blanca Salt Hotel, which today functions as a museum.
Then we will visit the most famous island of the Salar, Incahuasi, located in the centre, where we will take walks to appreciate extensive cacti, marine fossils and 360-degree panoramic views from the viewpoint.
At the end of our tour, we will return to the town of Uyuni.
