We will continue to a traditional kitchen, where dishes are prepared with recipes and techniques passed down through generations. The typical lunch is called Salbutes and Panuchos, two of the most popular dishes among the local community. They are soft, slightly inflated tortillas with a special touch: they're filled with beans before frying, which gives them a unique and delicious flavour.

Cenotes
There are also numerous cenotes in the Puuc region, true natural treasures of the peninsula. During the tour, we'll visit two rural or community cenotes managed by the locals themselves, who protect and share these unique spaces.

Here you can swim in crystal clear waters inside these natural pools formed thousands of years ago, surrounded by jungle and in a much more authentic and peaceful environment.
