Enjoy a set 5-course seasonal dinner at Skyskraperen Restaurant at Mount Ulriken. The menu changes along with the different times of the year. Inspired by Norwegian nature, tradition, and the changing weather of the west coast, each season presents new menus with the kitchen's own local twists.
