Amid the scents of the Tuscan scrub and the silence of the Livorno hills, you will enjoy an authentic experience dedicated to truffles, nature and the flavours of the region.
The hunt takes place in Nugola, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, where you will be welcomed to our private truffle ground, which is recognised and registered by the Tuscany Region. This guarantees that our truffles are inspected, certified and of certain origin, with full respect for the tradition and quality of the region.
The truffle ground is located on a beautiful hill with a panoramic view of the Tuscan vineyards, a place immersed in the tranquility of nature where the landscape offers authentic and unforgettable vistas. Among hazelnut trees and centuries-old oaks, the special topography of the land and the microclimate of the hill favour the growth of various truffle varieties, including the prized black truffle, the summer black truffle and the white truffle.
Accompanied by a certified truffle hunter and his faithful Lagotto Romagnolo dog, you will take part in a real truffle hunt lasting approximately 1.5 hours. As you stroll through nature and breathe in the scents of the earth, you will discover the secrets of Tuscan truffle-hunting traditions and experience the thrill of finding a truffle freshly unearthed from the ground.
At the end of the experience, an exclusive food tasting awaits you, set up right in the truffle ground, in the shade of the trees, in an intimate and authentic atmosphere surrounded by nature.
You will be offered a platter of Tuscan products, including extra virgin olive oil produced by our farm, hazelnuts harvested directly from the trees in our truffle orchard, and a selection of local cheeses and organic honey produced just a short distance from our farm, all paired with freshly harvested truffles.
The food tasting will be accompanied by a selection of carefully paired, high-quality local wines.
Upon request, the food tasting can be modified with options for vegetarian guests.
