During the class, we will prepare a complete traditional Tuscan menu together, using local, seasonal ingredients:
Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and basil
Handmade egg tagliatelle
Traditional Tuscan seasonal condiment
Spoon dessert: tiramisu
At the end of the class, we will sit down for a convivial lunch, during which you will enjoy the dishes you have worked hard to prepare, accompanied by local wine – Vernaccia di San Gimignano or Chianti Colli Senesi – produced in the vineyards surrounding the property, as well as water and coffee.
