The experience kicks off with a Mediterranean starter: rustic friselle topped with ripe cherry tomatoes, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil, paired with the famous Tropea onions cooked the traditional Calabrian way. It's a fun time, to enjoy with your hands like you're part of the family.

The journey continues with a tasting of four historic Italian pizzas, served in bite-size pieces and shared as little gems of flavour. Each course comes with three glasses of organic Italian wines from small wineries: a fresh white to start, a young red to go with the pizza, and a deep red for stronger flavours.
