Your sake expert will explain about the brewery, history, and storey of each bottle before sampling. Just like wine and beer, not all sake tastes the same and with 50 to 60 different types on offer, you can experience a wide range of flavours.
Your sake-tasting experience includes 2 hours of unlimited tastings. There are snacks available during the tasting session, to enhance the flavour of the different sakes. You'll also try the brewed drink at different temperatures and taste how the flavour changes.
