Option 1 – Kottu Roti
Learn how to cook Sri Lanka’s most famous street food. Chop roti, vegetables, eggs, or chicken and mix everything together on a hot pan with aromatic spices to create the iconic Kottu Roti.

Option 2 – Traditional Rice & Curry
Learn how to prepare a classic Sri Lankan meal including rice and several flavourful curries such as dhal curry, vegetable curry, and fresh coconut sambol.

During the experience, take part in a fully interactive cooking session, learning authentic recipes you can recreate at home.
