The Ascent After approximately 2 hours of walking, we will reach Post 1 at 1,300 metres. A further 40 minutes of trekking will bring us to Pos 2 at 1,500 metres. We will then continue to Pos 3 at 1,800 metres, where we will stop for lunch. Reaching the Crater Rim Following lunch and a short break, we will proceed to the Sembalun crater rim at 2,639 metres. This challenging 3-hour trek involves a steep climb, but the breathtaking views from the top make it well worth the effort. Camping on the Crater Rim We will camp overnight on the crater rim, offering the unique opportunity to witness both sunrise and sunset views. This unforgettable experience will leave you in awe of the natural beauty of Rinjani.

Day 2: Day 2 : Sembalun crater rim (2639M)-Summit(3726M)-Sembalun village (1100M)

Early Morning Start Wake up at 02:00 AM for a light breakfast Depart at 03:30 AM to begin the ascent to the summit Summit Ascent Walking time to the summit: approximately 3 hours Reach the summit (3,726m) at 06:00 AM to witness a breathtaking sunrise Panoramic Views Enjoy stunning panoramic views of: Lombok Island Bali Island Sumbawa Island Segara Anak Lake Descent and Breakfast Return to camp for a well-deserved breakfast and rest Begin the descent to Sembalun village via the same trekking route Descent and Lunch Walking time to Sembalun village: approximately 4 hours Lunch (fresh fruit and snacks) will be prepared at POS 3 or POS 2 Transfer and Departure Transfer to Senaru (1-hour drive) Return to Lombok Volcano Trekking office to collect your luggage
