Here, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of Sicily and discover the passion we put into cultivating our grapes and olives, while fully respecting the environment. Next, we'll guide you through our vineyards to get to know the heart of our business.
After walking among the rows, we'll head to the cellar to explain the production process: from vinification to ageing in wood to bottling. We'll pay special attention to our Classic Method Sparkling Wine made from Chardonnay grapes.
The highlight of the experience will be the tasting, a true sensory journey. You'll taste four of our organic wines, carefully selected to let you appreciate the variety and richness of our terroir.
