This activity takes place on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. It is important for participants to understand that transport to Vieques is not included in this experience. Each customer is fully responsible for arranging their arrival on the island well in advance, whether by ferry, plane, or another mode of transport.

The tour operator has no control over the transport systems to Vieques, including schedules, availability, delays, cancellations, weather conditions, technical failures, or operational changes by third parties. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the customer’s arrival on the island or accept responsibility for any transportation-related issues.

We strongly recommend that customers plan their trip in advance and, if possible, arrive in Vieques at least one day before the activity date to avoid any unforeseen issues.

If a customer fails to arrive in Vieques, is late to the meeting point, or misses the activity due to any transportation-related issues, the booking will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, no refunds, date changes, or credits will be granted, as the tour operator’s service was available and ready to conduct the activity as scheduled.

The meeting point, the exact time, and detailed instructions are clearly provided in the booking confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully read all the information before completing the purchase. By booking this experience, the customer confirms that they understand and accept these terms and conditions.

This policy is in place to protect the operation, the staff, and the resources required to carry out the activity, which are prepared in advance regardless of the customer’s arrival.
