Making a traditional paella requires apart from being cooked with traditional ingredients, cooking it with natural orange wood fire, as our ancestors did and that gives such a special and outstanding flavour to this Valencian dish worldwide, a task that requires special attention and mastery, all done with a lot of passion and that few hosts offer. All in a natural setting with breathtaking views of the orchards of Valencia in a relaxed atmosphere.
