The evening begins with a rich Swiss aperitif, featuring Basler bread, Swiss butter, tangy pickles, Nüsslisalat, artichoke hearts, and green olives—all complemented by local Swiss wine.
For the main event, gather around for a traditional cheese fondue (200g p.p.), where melted Gruyère and Emmental or Appenzeller cheese blend with white wine and garlic, slice of Zopf bread, dried meats, pickled vegetables, and Schinkengipfeli. Savour this Swiss classic with Basler bread, enhanced by a touch of Swiss cream.
