Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by the owner, who'll guide you through the history of the winery, founded in 1887, and the 15th-century Masseria, sharing ancient local legends and interesting family anecdotes.
Then you'll stroll with him through the heart of two native vineyards, and he'll explain the viticulture techniques.

Then you'll head back to the wine shop for a guided tasting of the 4 wines on offer:

During the tasting, we'll show you the difference between the 3 most important native Salento wines (Primitivo, Negramaro, and Susumaniello). They'll be served with traditional Apulian baked goods (tarallini), local olives, fresh and aged local cheeses, cold cuts, and Torleanzi EVO oil.
