Make and taste tonkotsu, shoyu, and miso ramen side by side in a focused 90-minute workshop. Instead of choosing just one flavour, you will create three mini bowls and discover your favourite.
With guidance from an English-speaking instructor, knead the dough, roll it, and cut it into springy noodles using a professional noodle machine. Prepare chicken chashu, sear it with a blowtorch, and customise each ramen bowl with toppings.
No cooking experience is needed. The class is suitable for solo travellers, couples, families, and groups, with up to 20 guests per session.
All ingredients required for the class, cooking equipment, and an apron for use during the class are included. A wide selection of standard toppings is also included at no extra charge. You will receive a digital recipe after the class.
Premium extras, including wagyu toppings, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and souvenirs such as chopsticks and aprons, are available for purchase on-site. These optional purchases are not included in the activity price.
