What you can expect

① Fabric selection: Choose 3 to 5 pieces from a wide variety of kimono fabrics, obi textiles, and vintage cloth. Follow your intuition and pick the materials that inspire you most. (30 minutes)

② Layout and design: Arrange your selected fabrics and explore different combinations while imagining the finished look of your bag. Once you decide on the design, cut each piece to the required size. (1 hour)

③ Sewing: Stitch the pieces together using a sewing machine. We will share tips to help you achieve a clean, durable finish. In the Japanese style, attention is given to making both the front and the inside look neat and beautiful. Don’t worry if you are new to sewing—we will assist you with any challenging steps. (1 hour)
