What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- The tour schedule may change without prior notice due to weather, road traffic conditions, and other unforeseen reasons. (There might be delays in returning to the designated location.) The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic condition
- It may be difficult to see Mt. Fuji on days with bad weather. Please also be aware that reaching the viewing platform next to Chureito Pagoda requires some climbing (stairs)
- Please arrive 10 minutes before at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus & guide will be based on that specific location. The guide has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point.
- Depending on the number of participants, English and Chinese commentary might be given in the same bus.
- In case of late arrival or arrival at wrong location, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds may not be granted. The only drop-off location available is Shinjuku (Shinjuku Station west exit)
- This tour will depart regardless of weather or traffic conditions, unless you are notified otherwise by the local operator. Local tour operator will not be responsible for itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
- All departure location options are shuttle buses leading to the last departure location, 'Shinjuku LOVE Object'. If you don't want to ride a shuttle bus, please select the 'Shinjuku LOVE Object' departure location.
- In November, the tour itinerary will slightly change to make sure you have the best experience of Japanese autumn in the Mt. Fuji area!
