Shuttle Transfer:
For your convenience, a shared shuttle service is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you choose this option, you will be picked up directly from your hotel between 07:30 and 09:30, depending on your hotel's location. At the end of your experience, you will be transferred back to your hotel between 17:00 and 18:30, again depending on the location of your hotel. Please note that return shuttle transfers between your hotel and the Theme Park are included in this service. Guests who wish to stay for the Night Show may do so by informing our team in advance and choosing not to use the scheduled return transfer. In this case, transport back to their hotel after the Night Show will need to be arranged and covered by the guests themselves. Your exact pickup and return times will be confirmed after booking and shared with you no later than 1 day before your tour date.
