What you can expect

  • Considering this tour as an eye opener to Kampala and Uganda at large, we have arranged a unique special itinerary that will create remarkable memories for you.
    The tour starts from Old Kampala hill which was the administrative landmark for the colonialist and now a home to the East Africa’s largest mosque known as Gadafi mosque, at this site you will take a 40min visit to the Gadafi mosque (Uganda national mosque) and hike to the top of the tower to have a 360degrees view of Kampala city.

    You will then be lead by our experienced city guide for a walking tour to city centre for a live experience of the daily mood of people, business, transport system, and food.
    Expect to visit Owino market with its organised chaos, Nakasero market the Uganda’s custody of fruits, spices & vegetables.
    Encounter with hundreds of public taxis at the old tax terminal as you imagine how passengers are able to randomly take the right cabs to their destinations.
    Enjoy Indian architecture and culture at the Hindu temple.
    Also prepare to visit different monuments like the independence monument with a rich history
    And finally end up the experience with an optional souvenir shopping at the Buganda road craft market
