We provide two convenient options for your visit to the Terracotta Army Museum: On-site Guided Service and Independent Ticket Booking.
On-site Guided Service
This package includes your entry ticket and a professional on-site guide service.
- Our shared-guide will meet you at the big statue of Emperor Qinshihuang near the car park at around 09:00.
- Transport to and from the museum is not included; you will need to arrange your own travel.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be regarded as a no-show.
- The guided tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours, providing in-depth commentary throughout your visit.
- After the tour, our guide will conclude the service and bid you farewell. You may enjoy the rest of the day at your own pace.
Independent Ticket Booking
We offer reliable and convenient ticket reservation for visitors who prefer to explore on their own. Your booking is linked to your passport — simply present your passport at the entrance for entry; no printed ticket is required. Tickets can be reserved up to 7 days in advance, and we will secure your entry as early as possible to ensure a smooth experience.
For both options, from your first enquiry to the completion of your visit, you will receive dedicated one-on-one English support at every step. We provide full pre-booking assistance to answer all your questions.
Recommended Transport:
DiDi / Taxi (Most Convenient)
A DiDi or licensed taxi offers direct door-to-door service from city centre Xi'an. The journey usually takes 60–70 minutes, with a one-way cost of about CNY 120–150.
Metro + Taxi (Cost-Effective)
Take Metro Line 1 or 6 to Fangzhicheng Station, transfer to Line 9 and get off at Huaqingchi Station (Exit C), then take a short taxi ride to the museum. Total travel time is around 75–90 minutes, at a cost of roughly CNY 25–40 per person.
Tip: Ask the driver to drop you off at the P1 Parking Lot of the Terracotta Army Museum, where the big statue of Emperor Qinshihuang stands.
