This experience combines a passion for traditional cuisine with direct contact with nature, offering you an opportunity for learning, relaxation and conviviality.

The experience begins with a walk in the woods in Santo Stefano to gather what nature gives us during the various seasons. You will taste traditional products such as salami, cheese, and wine while enjoying a unique panorama. The experience continues with an engaging fresh pasta cooking lesson led by the knowledgeable Simona. You will learn how to prepare homemade pasta, from the choice of ingredients to the creation of traditional shapes, discovering the secrets of an ancient and precious art.

During this engaging experience, you can enjoy a food tasting prepared with the fruits of your labour and other local products: caciottine, cheeses, salamini, prosciutto, pasta, and sweets.

Accompanying the experience is a selection of authentic wines, an expression of the area's rich winemaking tradition. You can relax in the cosy dedicated areas, enjoying the peace of the woods and the scent of nature.

You will enjoy a real meal thanks to the generosity and abundant portions that Paolo and Simona will offer you.
