Everything is explained clearly and at your own pace, so you feel calm and ready before you ever get wet. Then we ease into the water. You'll take your first breaths in shallow water, getting comfortable with the strange, wonderful feeling of breathing beneath the surface. No rushing. When you're ready, your instructor guides you on a slow, relaxed dive through Tenerife's volcanic underwater world. Down there, a different planet opens up. Volcanic rock formations, shoals of bright fish, and the quiet, weightless calm that only diving gives you. Your instructor stays at your side the whole time, controlling depth and looking after you, so all you have to do is breathe and take it in.
