What you can expect

  • Join a delightful culinary experience in Tbilisi, where traditional Georgian dishes like khinkali and khachapuri await your exploration.

Hosted at the cosy restaurant St. Bunny, indulge in a glass of Georgian wine, a platter of local cheeses, and a refreshing salad featuring ripe Georgian tomatoes and cucumbers drizzled with Kakheti aromatic oil while you learn the art of crafting these beloved dishes.

    Included in the package:

Hands-on instruction for preparing two dishes: Khinkali and Imeretian Khachapuri
    Assortment of local Georgian cheeses
Salad showcasing the finest Georgian produce (with plenty to take home) paired with Kakheti aromatic oil
    Tasting of Georgian homemade wine
Entertaining narratives about the city of Tbilisi

Most cooking classes teach just one type of Khachapuri. We invite you to discover the richness of Georgian cuisine by choosing between three authentic regional recipes: Imeretian, Megrelian, or Adjarian. Each Khachapuri is prepared by two guests, and in larger groups, different pairs often make different styles, allowing everyone to experience and taste all three varieties during the class.

The session lasts approximately 2.5 hours, after which you can enjoy your culinary creations in a festive atmosphere.

This experience is about more than cooking — it is about Georgian hospitality, sharing food and bringing people together. The class is held in the restaurant dining area, where guests cook, learn, talk and enjoy the dishes they have prepared together.

*the event is not held in the kitchen
Please note: Khinkali dough is prepared in advance, as it needs time to rest before shaping. During the class, you will learn how khinkali is made, prepare the filling, shape your own khinkali and learn the traditional folding technique.
