⚠️ IMPORTANT – PHYSICAL CONDITION: Although this is a beginner's canyon with a relatively easy level of difficulty, a minimum level of physical condition is required. To reach the start of the canyon, you have to walk approximately 20 minutes on a mountain trail, and at the end of the activity, you have to walk another 20 minutes on a trail to return.

This is not a flat path, but a mountain trail with slopes and uneven terrain. For this reason, it is important that all participants have adequate mobility and are able to walk on mountain terrain, as well as swim and function normally during the activity.

The experience takes place in Horta de Sant Joan, within the natural surroundings of Els Ports and the Terres de l'Ebre. During the tour, you will combine water, rock, natural pools, small slides, and optional jumps, always adapting the activity to the level and safety of the group.

The Barranco de Canaletes is a beginner-level water descent with a relatively easy difficulty level, recommended for beginners and participants 8 years and up. No previous experience is necessary, as before starting our certified guides explain how to use the equipment, the safety rules, and how to correctly complete each section.

The activity involves walking, swimming, and performing some movements typical of canyoning. Most of the steps can be adapted or have an alternative, but participants must be able to complete the route normally and follow the guides' instructions at all times.

Most of the jumps are not mandatory and have alternatives to continue the route. However, during the activity, it may be necessary to make a few low jumps. The guides will adapt each section to the group's level and explain how to safely complete it.

You must bring closed-toed sports shoes with sturdy soles, a swimming costume, towel, a change of clothes, and water. The minimum group size for the activity is 4 participants.
