Exclusions

Limitations

● Not suitable for pregnant women, children under 5 or shorter than 1.2m, and individuals with significant neck/back injuries.

● A minimum of 2 passengers is required.

Pick-Up and Preparation

● Pick-up times vary based on the camp's location.

● Passengers are briefed the night before the flight and sign a waiver form.

● Early morning pick-up (3am-5am) for a 6am launch.

● Pre-flight refreshments include Tanzanian coffee and cookies.

● Safety briefing, launch & landing procedure overview by the Pilot.

● Take-off around 6:30am, weather-dependent.

Cancellation Policy

● Full refund for cancellations up to 14 days prior.

● Full refund for cancellations made by us due to bad weather conditions.

● 50% refund for cancellations 13 to 7 days before.

● 25% refund for cancellations 6 days to 48 hours in advance.

● No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows.
