Participation and rescheduling policies
In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that schedules are respected, all participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance.
The following policies are adopted in consideration of the heavy tourist traffic, which can cause delays and difficulties in access. It is recommended that you plan your travel in advance.
In case of delay, if it is possible to conduct the tour, the duration will be reduced in proportion to the time lost, keeping the scheduled end time unchanged.
No refund or price reduction will be provided for time not used due to late arrival.
Rescheduling is possible only subject to availability and at the discretion of the organisation.
A full refund is due in case of cancellation due to adverse weather or the organisation's decision.
