What you can expect

  • This interactive experience with Chef Vivian and Chef Michi introduces you to traditional Japanese cooking through a thoughtfully paired menu designed around the bento box concept. You’ll begin by preparing gyoza, savoury dumplings filled with beef, cabbage, scallions and ginger, learning how to mix, fill and fold them for the perfect bite.

    Then, shift to a classic Japanese potato salad, combining potatoes, cucumbers and fresh dill for a cool, refreshing side that balances the meal. Along the way, Chef Vivian and Chef Michi will share practical tips and techniques that make Japanese home cooking approachable and fun. Finish by plating and enjoying your handmade bento-inspired meal.
