The first option it is a tradicional style of japanese/brazilian gourmet chooses of different kinds of sushi coming to your table! A special selection of the chef that you give you a special taste of the asian cuisine culture in brazil. In this same place you can choose, maybe, instead of this special selection, an asian live barbecue presentation with your favourite option of protein.

The second option is a special selection of a japanese Chef that came to Manaus more than forty years ago and made a special menu with mixes of amazonian and japanese tradicional sushis to find a very unique flavour!
