What you can expect

  • Start your evening at Studio32 Berlin with a champagne reception and a greeting from the kitchen. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will then immediately immerse yourself in the world of vegan cuisine. Together with experienced professional chefs, you will prepare a creative 3-course menu step by step and learn how to take plant-based ingredients to a new level in terms of taste and craftsmanship.

    You will work with seasonal, high-quality ingredients and discover how versatile vegetables can be. You will learn different cooking techniques, get a feel for textures, and learn how to build complex flavours in a targeted manner. From starter to dessert, you will be guided through all the steps and receive valuable tips for preparation and plating.

    At the end, you will plate your dishes together and enjoy the homemade menu in a cosy atmosphere. Over drinks, there will be time for discussion, questions, and inspiration: an enjoyable evening that will motivate you to create vegan cuisine at home as well.
