We'll walk through streets and markets that may be crowded and noisy, yet deeply authentic. We will get to know the Central Market of Lima and it's surroundings, China Town, Mesa Redonda and the entrance to Barrios Altos in the non-tourist are of this historical centre of Lima.

We will try a wide variety of delicious Peruvian dishes including tasty bites, local markets, and hole-in-the-wall spots, all carefully selected by local food experts. And you know what? You will directly support local vendors, learn about its history and culture while immersing yourself into the real Peru.
