This 2h30 workshop invites you to explore the art of pairing beer with food, through a convivial and tasty tasting.

The secrets of beer and food pairing: Discover the basics of harmonious beer and food pairing. Learn how beer's aromas and flavours complement certain products, cheeses, charcuterie and other aperitif delights (vegetarian option available).

Guided tasting: Enjoy a selection of 4 craft beers, each accompanied by a matching aperitif board. Mature cheeses, fine charcuterie, olives, nuts and other delicacies are on the menu to create new pairings. Our experts will guide you through each pairing, explaining the choices and subtleties of each combination.

Sensory experience: sharpen your senses by discovering new combinations. Learn to recognise aromatic profiles and appreciate the nuances that emerge when the right beers are paired with the right foods.

Anecdotes and surprises: Beyond the tasting, enjoy unusual anecdotes about beer, its origins and traditions around the world. Surprises await you throughout the course to make this experience even more memorable, including a 10% discount on the beer cellar on the day of the event.
