A gentle guided practice focused on conscious breathing, light movement, relaxation, and inner balance. Depending on weather and sea conditions, the session may take place onboard or at a peaceful beach location.

An immersive gong relaxation session designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and create a deep meditative atmosphere surrounded by the sound of the sea.
