Know before you book

  • Free admission for children aged under 6 (must be travelling with an adult and must not occupy a seat), please present an ID for age verification
  • This product only includes tickets for the express train that travels between Incheon Airport (ICN) and Seoul Station, please note that the train will not stop at any stations besides Incheon Airport (ICN) and Seoul Station
  • Ticket holders are not allowed to resell their tickets, please consider before booking
  • Obtain a 13-digit redeem code after booking
  • Make a reservation via AREX's reservation system (web, app) Use the 13-digit redeem code to redeem the train ticket
  • Print out the train ticket and use the automated ticket machine to scan the QR code on the ticket before boarding (guests may present the QR code via electronic devices as well)
  • Due to varying frequencies in different countries, your phone may not support LTE. 3G internet can still be used, but no refunds will be granted
  • Unless there are serious defects to the SIM card, it cannot be returned once package is opened
  • The SIM card is non-refundable after pick-up, please consider before booking
