Follow the footsteps of the Mamma Mia film crew and discover the most iconic locations of Skopelos Island on a scenic, story-filled and authentic guided experience. Drive through pine forests, coastal roads and panoramic viewpoints, while your local driver-guide shares filming trivia, behind-the-scenes stories and insights about the island’s culture and history.

Your adventure begins at Agios Ioannis Chapel, the cliff-top church featured in the wedding scene. Walk the famous steps, enjoy breathtaking Aegean Sea views and relive one of the most emotional moments of the film.

Continue to Kastani Beach, where many dancing and musical scenes were filmed. Enjoy time for photos, relaxation and recreating your favourite film moments, surrounded by crystal-clear waters and pine-covered hills.

Along the route we also pass stunning coastal areas such as Stafylos and Panormos Bay, stopping at scenic viewpoints for photos. We admire Cape Amarantos from above — the rocky cape seen in the film — from a safe panoramic viewpoint, as the off-road path to the rocks is not suitable for vehicles, but the landscape from the top is truly spectacular.

Depending on the tour option and timing, there may also be free time for swimming or a short stop in a traditional seaside village for a relaxed and authentic Greek island experience.

This tour is led by a friendly English-speaking local driver-guide and is designed to feel welcoming, cinematic and personal — more than just a transfer between locations.

⏱ Recommended Summer Start Times (June–August)

Morning Departure — 9:00 AM (or 8:30 AM upon request)
Ideal for avoiding midday heat and peak traffic, offering cooler temperatures, softer light for photos and a more relaxed atmosphere!

Afternoon / Sunset option — 5.5-hour tour
Less heat, beautiful golden-hour views, and the tour concludes at sunset.
If you wish, we can end the day with time to relax at a traditional seaside restaurant we recommend, right by the water (dinner optional & not included). The restaurant option is available only on the 5.5-hour tour.
The 3-hour afternoon tour also runs beautifully at sunset, however we are not able to include a meal stop on the 3-hour tour.
