⬪ Singing Bowl Therapy | Pre-Session Guidelines To help you fully relax and enjoy your healing journey, please take note of the following: 1. If you are currently pregnant or have recently undergone surgery or major medical treatment, kindly inform the therapist in advance so that the bowl placement and sound intensity can be adjusted accordingly. 2. It is recommended to wait at least one hour after eating before beginning the session to avoid discomfort. 3. Please wear loose, soft clothing without buttons or zips, allowing the bowls to be placed directly and stably on the body. 4. Avoid wearing necklaces, bracelets, rings, or earrings during the session to prevent sound interference or accidental contact. 5. Kindly switch off or silence your mobile phone during the session to allow yourself a quiet, uninterrupted experience. We look forward to sharing this peaceful sound journey with you.
