Know before you book
- Same-Day Re-Entry: Re-entry is allowed only on the same date of your visit. Please request a handstamp and retain your admission ticket.
- Tickets and vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
- Tickets are non-refundable, including in the event of bad weather.
- Tickets are void if altered in any way.
- Food & Drink Policy: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the Singapore Oceanarium.
