What you can expect

  • Begin your private tour of Sihanoukville with a pickup from your cruise ship. Head to Tomnub Rolork – Koh Preap Pier, a lively waterfront area that reflects the everyday rhythm of the fishing community. This pier serves as a departure point for local boats, offering an authentic glimpse into traditional livelihoods along Cambodia’s southern coast.

Next, visit the peaceful Wat Krom, a notable Buddhist pagoda on a hilltop with stunning views of the sea. See the large reclining Buddha and other shrines. Beyond being a place of worship, it is a cultural landmark, drawing visitors with its peaceful atmosphere and architectural charm. Inside the pagoda, experience a blessing ceremony. The monk will pray, wishing you happiness, good luck, and prosperity.

Drive to Ream National Park, which was protected in 1993. The park encompasses 21 km2 of coastal area, including sandy beaches, mangrove forests, rivers, offshore coral reefs, and two islands. Enjoy a seafood lunch on Prince Island, a small island located near the coast of Prey Nup in Sihanoukville Province, Cambodia, known for its scenic beaches and mangrove forests.

In the afternoon, embark on a relaxing yet adventurous journey as you explore the untouched beauty outside Ream National Park with its surrounding mangrove forest. Begin with a scenic standard boat ride, gliding across calm coastal waters while enjoying the fresh sea breeze and panoramic island views. Continue your experience with kayaking through the tranquil mangroves, where you paddle along natural waterways surrounded by lush greenery and, if you are lucky, see diverse wildlife.

On the way back, stop to visit the statue of Preah Thong Neang Neak, the country's largest copper statue, standing around 27 metres tall. The statue depicts the legendary figures Preah Thong and Neang Neak, who are considered the co-founders of the ancient state of Funan. Alternatively, stop at Phsar Leu Market for some home souvenirs and see the Golden Lions Roundabout, a key landmark of the province.

End the tour with a drop-off at your cruise ship.
