This is not just a tasting, it is the whole history of mole and rituals. You will have a flavour experience like never before, with ingredients you find in our state that make us characteristic of all of Mexico and the world. In this experience you will try the 7 types of moles made exclusively for your delight and also one extra surprise! First we will cool down from the heat with a delicious fresh water. We will continue testing the moles from the mildest or most subtle to the strongest and with more ingredients (should I tell you that between mole and mole we will take a little mezcal so you can appreciate the flavours to the maximum?) hahaha; but don't worry, we will always have water if you don't drink ;D), many are used for special occasions like weddings, baptisms, quinceañeras, proposals, and each one has earned its place in our culture and now culinary rituals that we have in the state, we will eat them in different presentations and you will discover every flavour.
