You’ll meet a real Bronte farmer who will welcome you into his daily life and personally cook for you, proudly using his most treasured ingredient: Bronte’s Green Pistachio DOP, also known as the “green gold” for its vibrant colour and unmistakable flavour.
What’s the secret? These pistachios grow on ancient lava flows, in mineral-rich volcanic soil that gives the fruit its unique taste and character. It’s a special kind of magic, shaped by Mount Etna and generations of dedicated farmers.
