Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellation

• Customers can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
• Customers will receive a full refund in cases of force majeure.
• If there are changes to the itinerary, customers may choose to accept the changes, reschedule to another available date, or receive a full refund.

Changes to the itinerary

• Minor changes, such as adjustments to the order or duration of stops, may be made when necessary due to traffic, weather, opening hours, or operational circumstances.
• If a critical change significantly affects the advertised experience or removes an important included activity, customers will be offered the choice to accept the change, reschedule, or receive a full refund.

Supply partner cancellation

• If the activity is cancelled by the supplier for any reason, customers will receive a full refund.
• If customers do not accept proposed significant itinerary changes, they will be offered a full refund.
• In case of bad weather or other circumstances beyond the supplier’s control, rescheduling may be offered, but customers will also be given the applicable refund option and rescheduling will not replace the refund option.
