During the visit, you will get a closer look at how traditional skills are combined with modern production methods. Watch the production process and learn how a genuine Shantou-style beef ball is made with careful standards and craftsmanship.
After the introduction and observation, take part in the hands-on experience. Try using a hammer to pound the beef, then shape the mixture into beef balls with your hands under the activity arrangement. Finally, make a bowl of beef ball noodles and enjoy the result of your own DIY experience.
