Electric paddleboard: what's that?
The electric paddleboard is to paddleboarding what the electric bike is to cycling, meaning you have to paddle to move, but the electric assistance lets you go faster, further, and also get less tired and go straight much more easily. In short, the fun of paddleboarding without the hassle!
How does it work?
A motor and a turbine are integrated into the board, nothing sticks out underneath, and a remote control placed on the paddle allows you to select the level of assistance: moderate (2 km/h without paddling), medium (4 km/h without paddling), or strong (5 km/h without paddling). And by paddling, you'll inevitably go faster, up to 8 km/h.
But speed isn't the goal; it's more about being able to go for rides without getting too tired, with the pleasure of an easier glide!
The circuit
From our Sea Base, after the welcome, our instructor will offer you an introduction to better integrate the basics of classic paddleboarding and then the particularities of electric assistance.
Then, in a small group (maximum 6 people per guide), you'll set off for a wonderful little discovery trip at sea, weather permitting, or to discover the “Venice of Languedoc” (port and canals).
