‘Dasik’ is a traditional Korean tea dessert made from natural grains and nuts, enjoyed since the Joseon Dynasty.
Each piece features beautiful patterns with special meanings.

In this class, you’ll make Dasik using traditional ingredients like omija and injeolmi, as well as modern flavours like chocolate and pistachio.
