During the tasting we propose, you will experience a true sensorial journey:

with your eyes you will observe the various colours of the oil proposed (2/3 types),

with the taste you will savour the various nuances of flavour

with your sense of smell you will grasp its scents and its intensity.

All this accompanied by the explanation of an expert who will retrace the production phases of the oil and its main characteristics.

The aperitif includes typical local products such as savoury taralli, “pizzo salentino” (small sandwich stuffed with tomato, onion, olives or variant with turnip greens) or a small Leccese rustico, cheese (caciocavallo or pecorino), capocollo, tasting of wine (in a plastic cup) and finally a dessert (mustacciolo or sweet tarallo or almond paste).
