After selecting the ingredients, relax on an air-conditioned van ride back to Gaby’s Restaurant, where the cooking experience continues on our rooftop terrace overlooking the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Learn to prepare authentic Mexican seafood dishes such as Gaby’s Taco Gobernador, Puerto Vallarta-style ceviche tostadas, zarandeado fish, fresh salsas and other seafood specialities using traditional techniques.
