Begin your walking tour in Jackson Square, the “old town” of San Francisco, with the only original buildings from the early years of the city. Trace the city’s history from its wild Gold Rush days to the wealth and elegance of Nob Hill’s railway barons.
Ride an iconic cable car along the way and go beyond the normal touristy sites to see the back streets and hidden alleyways that even San Franciscans don't know about.
Next, we'll head to Nob Hill, the richest area in San Francisco, called Billionaire Square. Admire Grace Cathedral, the most beautiful church in San Francisco.
The historic Chinatown is our next stop. We'll wind through the streets and alleys of this fascinating ethnic enclave to discover the history and culture of the oldest and largest Chinatown in the world outside of Asia.
We'll next walk through the historic (and delicious!) Little Italy of the city, in the North Beach area. And trust us, your guide will have some great food and coffee suggestions here.
We'll explore the modern skyscrapers of the Financial District, as well as hidden parks and gardens along the way.
And finally, we'll finish our tour at the amazing Ferry Building marketplace full of local shops, cafes, restaurants, wine and beer vendors, and craftspeople.
We promise it'll be a great day to see the city!
