Golden Gate Bridge and Fort Point The most iconic landmark in San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge is a stunning feat of engineering with its International Orange colour and breathtaking views. Whether you walk, bike, or drive across, it’s a must-see attraction. At the base of the bridge at Fort Point, see one of Alfred Hitchcocks most famous film locations from the film “Vertigo”. This is visual, we do not cross the bridge.

Alcatraz Island Once a maximum-security prison that housed infamous criminals like Al Capone, Alcatraz Island now offers eerie yet fascinating tours. A ferry ride from Pier 33 takes you to the island, where you can explore the prison and learn its haunting history. Note: This tour does not take you out to Alcatraz.

Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39 One of the city’s busiest tourist areas, Fisherman’s Wharf is packed with seafood restaurants, souvenir shops, and historical sites. Pier 39 is the main attraction, home to playful sea lions, street performers, and spectacular waterfront views. Home to 150 ft. tall Skystar Wheel.

Chinatown The oldest and largest Chinatown outside of Asia, this vibrant area is packed with authentic restaurants, tea shops, and cultural landmarks. We go through the Dragon Gate and explore its bustling streets.

Lombard Street Known as the “crookedest street in the world,” Lombard Street features eight tight hairpin turns in just one block. It’s a fun stop for a quick photo and a slow, scenic drive.

Palace of Fine Arts This stunning Greco-Roman-style structure was originally built for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition. It’s now a peaceful retreat with a picturesque lagoon, perfect for a relaxing walk or photo op.

The Painted Ladies These famous Victorian houses, also known as “Postcard Row,” offer a classic San Francisco skyline view. Best enjoyed from Alamo Square Park, they’re a favourite for photographers and Full House fans.

Ghirardelli Square Once a chocolate factory, Ghirardelli Square is now a shopping and dining destination. Don't leave without trying a famous Ghirardelli hot fudge sundae.

Coit Tower Sitting atop Telegraph Hill, Coit Tower offers incredible 360-degree views of the city and bay. Inside, you’ll find colourful murals from the 1930s depicting California life. This is a visual location, due to traffic and parking we do not go up to the base of Coit Tower.

The Ferry Building A food lover’s paradise, the Ferry Building is home to a vibrant marketplace featuring artisanal food vendors, restaurants, and local farmers' markets. It’s also a great place to catch a ferry ride across the bay.

Golden Gate Park Spanning over 1,000 acres, this massive urban park is home to gardens, museums, and scenic walking trails. Popular attractions within the park include the Japanese Tea Garden and the de Young Museum.

Haight-Ashbury Once the epicentre of the 1960s counterculture movement, Haight-Ashbury is now a mix of vintage shops, psychedelic murals, and historic music landmarks. It’s a great place to soak in San Francisco’s bohemian history.

The Presidio and The Walt Disney Family Museum The beautifully preserved Army base is a great drive. We go by the museum dedicated to the life and legacy of Walt Disney. It showcases rare artefacts, early animation sketches, a large scale model of Disneyland and personal stories from Disney’s career.

San Francisco Cable Cars The city’s historic cable cars are a must-experience attraction, offering a fun and scenic way to get around. The best route runs from Powell Street to Fisherman’s Wharf, passing through steep hills and classic city views.

The Legion of Honour A fine arts museum housed in a grand neoclassical building, the Legion of Honour showcases European masterpieces and ancient artefacts. Its location in Lincoln Park offers stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge. This is another location from the film Vertigo.

Mrs. Doubtfire’s House Located at 2640 Steiner Street, this charming Pacific Heights home was featured in the beloved 1993 film "Mrs. Doubtfire." Fans of the late Robin Williams often stop by for a photo in front of this iconic filming location.

Sutro Baths and Cliff House The Sutro Baths was a massive, privately owned saltwater swimming complex located in the Lands End area of San Francisco’s Outer Richmond District.
