Departure and arrival from a château just a stone's throw from Saint-Émilion
Dive into the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards with Mob & Wine, an original wine tourism activity combining a ride on a vintage moped, picturesque roads, and an encounter with the exceptional terroirs of Saint-Émilion.
The concept
Hop on a vintage moped (Motobécane or Peugeot from the 70s-80s) for a 35 km road trip through the villages, vineyards, and châteaux of the Saint-Émilion appellation, with a few forays into the neighbouring appellations of Pomerol and Montagne Saint-Emilion. The route forms a country loop, accessible to all adults (from 18 years old), even without prior experience of riding a two-wheeler.
The experience
• You'll set off from a partner château (Château Vieux Clos), just 1 km from the centre of Saint-Émilion.
• Safety briefing, moped handling, and helmet delivery.
• Independent or accompanied ride (depending on the size of the group).
• Discover UNESCO-listed wine landscapes.
• Return to the departure castle.
• Optional: visit and tasting at a partner winery, to be paid on site.

Practical info
• You must be at least 18 years old
• B licence required (photo or scan accepted)
• You must wear closed shoes
• The activity may be postponed in case of bad weather
• Allow 3 to 3.5 hours on-site to fully enjoy the experience
• You can leave in the afternoon (2:00 PM) or at the end of the day (5:00 PM), depending on availability
