Overview

  • We are waiting for you for a wonderful cooking class at Villa Serra di Comago in Genoa, dating back to the sixteenth century and built in Tudor style. We will prepare traditional Genoese dishes such as pesto in the mortar, gnocchi, Genoese focaccia, and the famous cheese focaccia like Recco upon request. Upon request, delicious desserts such as tiramisu or pandolce genovese. Book your cooking class in advance: Tiziana, the chef, is waiting for you!

Activity itinerary

Upon arrival, guests will admire 700 hectares of lush parkland, with centuries-old trees, including oriental ones, a magnificent pond with black and white swans, and a unique collection of hydrangeas. They will enter the Villa's halls where Tiziana awaits them with all the materials they need to cook together. She will welcome them with a welcome aperitif, and immediately afterwards, the lesson on Genoese DOP basil pesto will begin. Then, we'll head down to the kitchen to make focaccia or gnocchi. The tasting will be accompanied by a chilled local white wine.
