What you can expect

  • Begin your experience at the Wine Shop, located at the centre of the building, where your guide will be ready to welcome you. Head to the wooden ageing cellar, mainly dedicated to oak barriques, the bottling line, and the stainless-steel storage and sparkling wine production areas.

Continue into the more modern building, featuring the fermentation rooms, the unloading and crushing area, and finally the impressive 478-HL Great Oak Barrel.

End your visit in the tasting room with a panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy and purchase wines. Next, enjoy a guided tasting of wines representing the essence of the estate and the territory.

The tasting offers a well-rounded overview of the grape varieties and winemaking techniques used at Roberto Sarotto. Pair your tasting with a generous platter of local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by traditional crispy breadsticks.
